The role:

  • Awesome opportunity for a Digital Media Planner to provide leadership for the execution of consumer ad campaigns within a unique, fast-paced group supporting innovation activities for the Europe Australasia business unit.
  • You will provide recommendations on digital testing strategy; execute digital advertising campaigns to support early innovation learning; and will interpret results from digital advertising campaigns and share insights with cross-functional project teams.
  • Managing the creation of digital assets including landing pages, e-commerce sites, and other digital assets; and coordinating resources will also be key part of the role
  • Be current in digital best practices and be a go to internally for digital knowledge, insights and tools and provide training and support on campaign execution to internal employees and teams

Ideal candidate:

  • We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, with passion for digital media and developing breakthrough campaign innovation.
  • We need someone with 2 years+ Facebook media buying and will be skilled in use of Facebook Business Manager, Audiences, and Analytics
  • Also experience setting up landing pages and DTC websites leveraging self-served platforms will benefit; and with a major focus on personalizing website experiences for target markets and identifying conversion motivations
  • We would also prefer experience with conversion optimization, A/b testing, and customer journey mapping as well as UI/UX elements
  • Finally and most importantly, you need to be able to lead as a subject matter expert on cross-functional business teams, so you have exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, coaching and influencing skills.

  • This is a 24-month contract role
  • Office is based West London (c 2days / week expectations post covid) – accessible from M40 / M4 / M3 areas
  • Up to £53k (dependent of experience) plus strong blue-chip package
